Optio App

Optio is a Latin word that means “helper” or “assistant” in English. Optio is a mobile app that creates opportunities and employment to the finger tips of the app users. Optio attempts to Uberize different traditional tasks such as lawn care, moving, baby sitting, and other jobs. Optio manages all the interactions between the users and the service providers. In this hackathon, we provide a proof of concept of our proposed Optio app that focuses on Optio for Lawn care, where the app provides an opportunity for users to get affordable services, and provides an opportunity for the services providers to gain and expand business.  The app also manages the payments between the user and the service provider. We expect Optio to revolutionize the lawn care industry, by putting the control in the hands of the public.
